We have to find a common ground to be able to… These kids need to learn job interview skills, how to look somebody in the eye when they talk, and how to be able to accept constructive criticism, how to tie a tie. I know some kids teenagers right now that I speak to on a regular basis and try to speak life into them, they know how to roll marijuana before they know how to handle a tie or change a tire on a car, or a little simple things, you know, helping out around the house and stuff like that. It’s just they don’t have no place to go. To sum everything up, I would think that we need a facility that not only maximizes the potential of kids in sports, but if they have a certain grade point average, you can go to this building for free today, that he can look forward to he's going to have fun at his place, he's going to love what's going on, it's going to make him work harder in school to be able to go to this place free. And hindsight, that's the message that he needs to understand early, he or she: Education comes before any type of sports. So if you don't have a certain grade point average, or you don't meet certain requirements, you won't be able to play in high school and college anyway, I think that's a skill that can be implemented now. And to be able to change these young boys lives.
